I have been rather busy lately and my latest project is something that I am incredibly proud of. This month, I collaborated with Naked Kitty Naturals to create two limited edition lip balms! These lip balms are packaged in cardboard, not plastic, and are made from natural ingredients. More importantly, all proceeds from the purchases of these lip balms are going towards three organizations that support and promote equality.

These lip balms consist of: Shea butter, Beeswax, Cocoa butter, Jojoba seed oil, Coconut oil, Lanolin, Elderberry fruit extract, Natural flavour constituents, Castor seed oil, &/or Bergamot oil, Stevia extract & Colouring.
The two lip balm options are:

NASTY WOMAN
The Nasty Woman lip balm is strawberry vanilla flavoured and has a very subtle pink tint. This balm can be comfortably worn by all genders as the tint is very faint.
I named this lip balm Nasty Woman because I was inspired when misogyny was called out, repackaged, and rebranded as female empowerment.
“I hope you do something nasty today. Demand to be paid what you’re worth! Correct a sexist! Call out a dude who thinks his balls need to take up three seats on the bus at rush hour! Refuse to let someone bully you and then convince you that accepting bullying is the polite, ladylike thing to do. Because being ladylike is a cage. And being willing to be nasty is the only key.” – Gabby Moss

UNLADYLIKE
The Unladylike lip balm is london fog flavoured and is a completely clear balm.
This lip balm was named Unladylike because society has tried to limit and control what women are capable of based on the “ladylike” characteristics women are suppose to meet. These characteristics instil that a woman is an object to satisfy and serve men, which is completely absurd.
“You’re not too fat. You’re not too loud. You’re not too smart. You’re not unladylike. There is nothing wrong with you.” – Jessica Valenti

The three organizations that all proceeds will be donated to are:

I am incredibly excited to be a part of this collaboration, as it is something I have dreamed of for a very long time. If you would like to support the above organizations that promote equality, education & safe spaces, feel free to use the code RAWFASHIONBLOG at checkout.
