What is everyone’s favourite thing, pizza of course! So I decided to post about this wonderful gluten and dairy-free pizza I made! I used the Glutino Pizza Crust Mix to make the dough! I found with this mixture I needed extra gluten-free flour that I sprinkled on to keep the dough from sticking to the rolling pin.
I love how pizza can be eaten for lunch and supper and also can be eaten cold or warm, it is the best leftover ever! I decided to make mine pretty healthy and layer lots of delicious toppings. I added:
– Eden Organic Pizza Sauce
– (2 different kinds of) Grimm’s Gluten, Soy & Lactose-Free Farmer’s Sausage
– Red Pepper
– Red & Green Onions
– Vegan Cheese
