The Glutino Muffin Mix once again wins my approval on simplicity and tastebud satisfaction! This morning I made a batch of these muffins and I mixed in fresh blueberries and raspberries. I think these muffins taste best with nuts or berries mixed into them, otherwise they are quite plain.To keep this recipe completely gluten and dairy-free I used Silk Almond Milk and Vegan Margarin! It is a very simple recipe and from start to finish that allows for you to create your own unique muffin by adding whatever you want! I love how these muffins are not very crumbly or dry (something that is usual with gluten-free mixes).
