Here’s a delicious gluten and dairy-free dessert that I am so excited to share with you all! All these flavours compliment each other beautifully and the strawberries make it healthier…maybe 😉
4. Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips (free of milk, peanuts, gluten and soy)
First wash and cut the strawberries and push one onto the stick following with a marshmallow, brownie, and another strawberry. For the drizzled chocolate I put a small glass bowl full of the Chocolate Chips in the microwave for short periods of time, stirring in between. Its better to do this slowly as you don’t want to burn the chocolate. Then I took spoonfuls of the chocolate and drizzled it on. (If you want a neater application feel free to put the melted chocolate into a plastic bag and cut one of the ends – almost like icing a cake). I keep the brownies in the freezer and this helps this recipe to taste the best soon after making them! Don’t worry the brownies are still soft right from the freezer, I just find it makes them taste better when they are cold.
This is a super easy and delicious dessert and it doesn’t take that long to make either. I hope you will enjoy it!
