Peppermint Tea


I guess it is pretty evident that I am a total tea addict when my first post is about tea! This fall season, I have been obsessed with delicious Peppermint tea! Peppermint tea is delightful alone or with honey, but it is also quite beneficial for your health. Peppermint is known to aid in relaxation, stomach digestion and as an immune booster. I drink peppermint tea every day!
The ingredients in Tazo Refresh Mint teabags are: Peppermint leaves, Spearmint leaves and Tarragon leaves.
