Welcome in this Fall season with me, with a cup of delicious Peppermint tea! Peppermint tea is delightful alone or with honey, but it is also quite beneficial for your health. Peppermint is known to aid in relaxation, stomach digestion and as an immune booster. I drink peppermint tea every day – I’m obsessed with it!
